What permits do I need to renovate in Sitges?
Works without structural changes need a prior notification. Changes to layout, façade or structure require a major works licence with a technical project. The protected old town has additional conditions. We handle all the paperwork for you.
Can I live at home during the works?
For a single bathroom or kitchen, usually yes — we work in phases. During a full renovation we advise against it while demolition and chasing are under way.

Every project is led by a single dedicated project manager, with a stable team of trades who work with us project after project to the same standard of finish.
Do you work in English?
Yes. Your project manager communicates in English throughout — site visits, quotes, weekly progress reports and handover.
Do you take on small repairs?
No. We dedicate ourselves to complete renovation projects. For small jobs we will gladly point you to a trusted local professional.
