A renovation done properly is decided before a single wall comes down. We survey the property, study the structure and existing installations, and draw up a design with layout, materials and lighting. Only then does the work begin.

- All-new installations: plumbing, certified electrics, telecoms and air conditioning.
- Layout: partition walls, acoustic and thermal insulation, interior carpentry.
