A building firm, with a single point of responsibility

VINYET was born in Sitges and works in Sitges. Every project is led by one dedicated project manager with a stable team of trades — masonry, plumbing, electrics, carpentry, stone, climate — who work with us project after project, to the same standard of finish.

That model has a direct consequence: you have one person who runs the build and answers for it, from day one to handover. For international owners, that person communicates in English — site visits, quotes, weekly photo reports and the final walkthrough.
